[Discussion] Horn of Retreat, Scroll of Abraxus

These were quest items in the old starting quests for necromancers and paladins, respectively. I was wondering if they're still obtainable; I thought the quests had been shut down, but was thinking that they might be still available to new players or suchlike.

i have started 3 new chars and nope. so they are a rare item now... not a true rare with how many should be out there
