Hitching Rope

I've seen that to create the hitching rope ( to recharge the hitching post) it needs a rope and a Resolve's Bridle.
I hope that the rope it's not the rope who spawn sometimes
And what is a Resolve's Bridle?
Who helps me to find this two ingredients?

I don't have one of these so I can't speak to the rope type, but there is one that comes off krakens and is a coiled rope and there is the acid proof one you can make to go into Paraxomus. I would think it would be the kraken one though myself. As for the Resolve's Bridle... That is gotten off of Red Death in Bedlam (entrance is located in Umbra).
