Lava tiles here and there, Tombstone of the Damned, Make a small lava scenery somewhere.
Rooftop design in a dueling pit / ring with grand stand, for guild fight or dueling events.
Grass patches in keep, energy field into it, and put in a garden or two, not trammie garden, but a tasteful, garden of sorts, so that its not just boring grass. Add in a scenery feature here or two.
Soulforge and crafter area, and resource area. For imbue, refinements, and stuff.
A treasure room, gold & silver, gold chests, magic items, like how a dragon would like it to be.
These are the specs but of course designer at free reign on creativity.
All expenses on decor items paid for, on top of fees.
