[Fishing] Help with the Anchor Quest in Trinsic

Greetings All,

The other day I was fishing up Min's with my fisher when I happened upon what I call the "anchor quest."

You buy anchors from then NPC vendor and trudge around in deep water, fighting all kinds of baddies.
when you return to the vendor , he tells of a suit made for underwater diving. He further states that you must find a group of tinkers in east brit, to get the information.

My dilemma, can't seem to find the right tinkers.....

Any ideas?

And, if you ever want to do Zipactriotl a lot, you can still buy those hooks/anchors, and they function as low-power fabled fishing nets. My experience is you can get the critters for that quest quicker by tossing 10-20 hooks off of Jhelom, than trying to sail around and dodge pirates to do so.
