Help with in-game query

Hi all, just wondering if there is a way to file a report or complain regarding the quality and responsiveness of a particular shard's GM?

I don't believe each shard has a set GM. Pretty sure at this point its 1-3 people covering everything. If you mean EM, those complaints are typically ignored as they are under such strict guidelines as to what they can and cant do/say/give, but you can contact Mesanna directly by email.
