I actually do need a bit of assistance.
If possible I need a rune marked at my house and some runes to player run cities an' such.

Tbh you would be better off calling out in uo chat or spamming at Luna bank

Did you ever get your runes made? As Dodger said asking in /c or at the bank is probably your best bet. Keep in mind that most if not all player run cities can also be accessed from the outside south wall of Luna via their statues.
