Healing blocking Special Move

This happens sometimes ( 1/20 -1/50) when i used healing on myself and in this moment icon of both special moves icon are "grey" "unavalable"....

At that moment i got FULL mana ( 81) and my LMC is 55%. Also i got NO message what " You need XX mana to execute...". The icon of special are grey untill bandages healing are finished. Pressing the buttom of Special Moves dosnt help. May bee this is bug on a client side?
