Has anyone seen this before?

I'm on siege in a city. And the thieves guildmaster is walking non stop in a circle. The speed of this npc is incredible, it's moving as fast as a running player but in walking animation.

In all my years, I've never seen this.

All I did was re-appropriate a few hundred million in items from random people...
And all of the sudden the sky is falling and thieves everywhere should be ashamed of me...

Some folks.. You'd think they never heard of a burglary before...

yeah that npc was broken. he wouldnt take gold to join thieves guild either.

More likely he heard the stories and didn't want to take the risk of having you in the guild. Less competition for King that way.

I see it all the time, NPC spawns in the wrong spot and "trys" to get to where it wanted to spawn.
