I never tried it before on the couple of sets I have. A guildmate's given me two red plate suits to experiment with, which I could make into a mid-grade dexxer armor. Because of the lower cap, I'd imbue first, then enhance later.

[Blacksmithing] Has anyone ever imbued/enhanced the 2005 Brit invasion armor?

I wonder if it would loose the hue if enhanced. Might try out on TC.
Testing's definitely a good idea, except character copy seems to be down...
If the pieces are like anything else, you can use the "Don't use material color" option to enhance without changing the color.

They do not lose the hue, I have a red set of plate my smithy runs around in which I enhanced for LRC.
