Would love to go out all dressed up for halloween, but I live in a very dull country.

You guys are lucky for living in the hemisphere with upside down seasons, so that it is cold late October.

That is Carmen Sandiego indeed. We share the same birthday, the original design had dark blond hair, so I had to dress up as her.
I was also melting in a winter coat at 28C, looking for Wally (sometimes he goes by Waldo) to stab.

And yes Uriah, that is cold enough, since the whole dressing up and going out happen in the night, and not under the scorching sun!
