Halloween event question

So the notes say the halloween event ends nov 17th.
What does that consist of?

the liches in the graveyard
the maginica stuff
the invasions
The web quest

I just want to know what stays after the 17th so i know what to work on now

I took it to mean the web quest (probably along with the graveyard spawn) and Trick or Treating. So I'm left to assume the War/Invasion and rubble quests in mag will stay longer.
