Publish 76 stated: Hail Storm will now have diminishing returns like the other area effect spells in the game.
Currently, Hail Storm splits damage in half over 2 or more targets, whereas meteor swarm and chain lighting will only split damage over 3 or more targets and the damage is reduced by less than a half, effectively rendering Hail Storm massively inferior to these two spells, I don't think this is working as intended.
