Guide to raise Magery the quickest?

I remember there used to be a guide that said what to cast up to what level to raise magery the quickest. Does one still exist? I have looked and googled and just too much information that isnt pertinent. Thoughts?

type in magery uo into Google.. hit the guide link... towards the bottom is what you can cast. keep in mind anything in that circle is ok for gains...

also use a mage weapon later on to lower your magery..

and continue. keeps you from having to cast such large spells...

You could also use a mage weap to beat a horse similar to gaining ninja.
