I wanted to fill everyone in on the latest progress toward our Site goals (http://stratics.com/ams/forecast.37/). This weekend you can expect:
- Refinement of the Blue Steel theme using a darker background.
- Upgrade to the current Guild feature. The new Groups feature will be more user friendly and we hope to promote its use. Groups have their own calendar, Banner, wall, and forums. They can also be private, member only, or public. We plan to create public groups for each shard. You can subscribe to as many groups as you want and each member can create one group. Premium members can create an unlimited number of groups. *Notice: we will be closing the guild forums. They do not get enough use and are better suited to the group feature, which will allow those same guilds to still have a forum.
- Ultima Online video streaming. We will enable a page that allows you to view anyone streaming Ultima Online using Twitch. We can also approve your channel if you'd like it featured on Stratics.
- Alternate and Ultima Online specific background wallpapers for Premium members.
- Profile cover images for Premium members. These are similar to Facebook profile cover images.
