Because Fel parties are never boring. There is always the sense that something can happen any minute. Nobody at a Fel party is afk.

The Grog House is located in Fel but friends can safely enter from Trammel by using a house teleporter on the 3rd floor of the Hall Of Players. To be friended, see DeadBob or Village Idiot.
Relax & have a good time.
Only friends of the Hall Of Players and/or the Grog House can attend. A condition to being a friend of the Grog House and the Hall Of Players is ya can't kill guests.
Better to worry about going up on the roof.
The roof of the Grog house has been rented out to a Harbinger with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder who's lost his supply of Ritalin. He is not likely to remember the rule about not killing guests. So, if you take the teleport tile to the roof, be prepared to fight. For your convenience, there is a Resurrection Ankh on the 2nd floor.
