The staves were dropped a couple nights ago on Atlantic during an event. Only 5 were said to exist by the EM. I will consider selling if there is substantial interest.

One was sold for 200 Mil or so I heard. I looted 2 of them and traded one of them for a copy of Dawn's New Years Proclamation. One of the Proclamations sold at Rares Fest for 125 Mil. So I would say the range is 125 Mil to 200 Mil. I hope that helps.

Just checked a few PM and had to answer the question.
No, The staff does not summon anything as far as i know.
Also, I will be selling the staff due to some reasonable interest.
