When i started playing uo back in the day i was in a guild ^-^ gm was dodge i think i gmed my first skill slaping him with a skinning knife we were a small group there was Hydro, A Newbie, Laz Darkwall, Double Down and a bunch of others.
From there i mainly was in small unknown guilds till the factions really started the first faction guild i joined was AoG alliance of gods Fs D^i and a couple other guilds formed and i was asked to join. from there i swaped factions and started StP with my brother and friends from there its pretty much the same as insta's post so i wont repeat from here.

Info: Majestic Oaks Auction has been operational on the Great Lakes Shard for more than 10 years now. We are the longest running player operated auction and event house on the shard. All MOA staff are volunteers, seeking to bring Great Lakes activities, fun and reliable folks to work with. That is our primary focus. Secondarily we are merchants, operating the auction house, using the commissions we collect to host events on the shard and co-sponsor others as we can. We run one weekly game night Monday's at 8 p.m. CST/9 p.m. EST which rotates the activity weekly. We host 2 weekly auctions Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8 p.m. CST. Gaters are provided at either Luna or Brit West bank. The public is welcome.

Recruitment: Majestic Oaks Auction prefers member referral, however we do entertain outside volunteer requests. We are seeking motivated, mature, preferrably Veteran players who are trustworthy, reliable and dedicated to the Great Lakes shard and having fun. All new recruits begin as gater/greeters and movement to other positions is considered only after sufficient trial period, review,and vote by co-workers. A dress code does apply, conduct rules are strict, service to the shard in these events is ALL VOLUNTEER we do NOT PAY staff.

OMG! is growing quickly, though it's not our aim to be the biggest of guilds. Our guild was established for players of all ages and abilities, to have fun and laughs, free of grief and problems.

We will welcome new and old players, help with skill training as we have veterans of every class, support and encourage all crafting activities, regular hunts and an auction every month, as well as other player-run events. All members are equally important! Although there's a structured leadership, there will be no "elitist" feel to the leadership. We're all just regular players who want to enjoy the game.

In the future we will look to forge alliances with other event-running guilds throughout Great Lakes, as we all like to interact fully with the Great Lakes community.

At the moment our guild house and auction room is located at the former -Y- auction house (127.47'N 45.12'E) situated between Ice and Wrong dungeons in Trammel, but we also have teleporter tiles linking this with our other main bases. These are a vendor house and workshop next to the west bridge at Umbra, Malas (27.41'N 42.49'E) and Evlar's home and future guild house (once everyone has SA), located just outside the Royal City in Ter Mur (161.53'S 25.48'W). All are linked by teleporter tiles.
