Enhanced Client Graphic Bug?

I have below a video of this occurrence. Pretty much what happens is, after I leave a zone, my character starts morphing in to the monsters that were in that area. This is not limited to only my character... Sometimes the monsters in the new zone morph on my screen as well. It isn't always limited to when I am in animal form.. But that's when it happens the most.

This is a known issue that is already in the system. We lovingly refer to this as the "llamacorn" bug as the first time it was seen involved a llama that was morphing into a unicorn.
