OK umm yeah...one store manager for two stores...wow I feel sorry for that manager.A headache of running a store x2. I have always known walmart home office is greedy but this takes the cake.*nods to Woody*
Listen to Claudia she knows what she is talking about. Drink and ease the pain a bit...
*changes his attention to Victoria*
Indeed, structural. Apparently in this wal-Mart district they determined they only needed one store manager for two stores, one hr manager for two stores, etc, etc etc and only three assistants per store...They have also merged a couple districts.
Indeed so. A lot of managers will lose their jobs. To be honest I feel worse for the managers that stay on... Their lives just got a whole lot harder. They already work 50-60 hours a week. How much are they going to have to do now?OK umm yeah...one store manager for two stores...wow I feel sorry for that manager.A headache of running a store x2. Yeah a hot bath and some sports cream has helped alot. As for WalMart carrying UO items,I don't see it happening. EA does have a strong marketing presence on the WalMart shelves with WH and the Madden and NCAA sports games...just no UO*Bashfully walks into room, sets down leather sack of tinkers tools near coat-rack, finds a chair near the fire*
Sorry to hear of the knee... I recommend a hot, hot bath to sooth it a bit, but then I'm no "knee specialist" but that's what I'd do. Speaking of Wallmart, I can never help myself scanning the shelves for a hard copy of the latest UO release. The last one I know of was Samurai Empire I'd love to see SA on a Wallmart shelf.
I'm currently working on trying to GM my tinker skill so that I can make some of the new critters that are apparently in the book that I received from Sutek. Lots, and lots of lockpicks... Well, hope ya'll have a splendid day.
*Montions for a cup of coffee and offers up a small sack of gold coins for a tip... "Ahh, strong and black, just the way I like it" *
This type thing has been happening on a dept.manager level here in my store. When a dept manager moves on,that position goes unfilled, and the work would normally be done by that manager is now done by regular associates and dept managers that are close by.Indeed so.
