Had an issue with an account I had forgotten I had opened back in Sept., and was wondering why a charge appeared on my CC. Called support and two different people helped me, researched the CC history and found the account. Cancelled it for me and actually refunded 2 months of subscription to me, with out me asking, since I had not played the char. since the day I had opened the account.
Just wanted to say thanks to these guys in Tech support, one's name was Andrew, the other name I did not get. But with all the bad press the customer support people get here sometimes, just wanted to share some good news for a change.
