I have bought 2 in the last yr, 1 for 90mil at rares fest an 1 for 60mil of a vendor in luna . hope that helps

There are indeed +2, 3, and 4 boots.

These boots were won in teams with each team member's name on the boots, e.g. Zombie Goat, Goodmen etc... The two mentioned were heavily duped that's why you see them for sale all the time. The others were never found to be duped. You may spot them on the players who originally won them on GL from time to time.

Zombie's boots was duped to hell so you can find them on any shard.

Xevei's remain unique.
