It's nice to be back after a long absence. After coming back after such a long period of inactivity, I wasn't surprised to see my keep and tower gone, but I was also pleasantly surprised to find my buddy's castle inside the city limits of Vespers still up and owned by him, even though he has been inactive almost as long as me. That fact, and me playing again was enough to get him to start playing again also. At least I have a temporary base of operations while I start looking for a new home location.

In the last week, I have seen less than five other players in the shard. However, while looking for house locations, it seems that every choice housing location and most remotely viable housing locations are taken up. I assume, that unless you have a grandfathered house, you can still only have one house per account. That being the case, it seems like there should be fewer houses. Can anyone explain this?

Anyhow. It is nice to be back.

Regards,

SBF

I know of a Tram Keep spot that's open. Message me if you are interested and I can show you where.

I wondered the same thing myself when I came back last month. I think a lot of people still playing have multiple accounts just for houses. There are a lot of keep spots but really who wants a keep. I think it is the worst laid out house in UO. its like an older home some one has added onto a few times just to have extra room.
