I'm curious about the relative rarity of first/collector's/limited editions - I've received 11 collector's, 3 limited and only 1 first, is this ratio roughly typical or have other people had different results?

Sadly I don't have the books on your list ET, good luck completing your collection!

Well not my collection, and I think your ration is pretty normal.
I just think some names are more rare than others.
I cannot be sure of it but seems like some of the Collector edition names are coming up more often than others.

I'm just buying up for some other player from another shard :)
