BUG: Gargish aprons (both crafted directly as a Gargish Apron and those altered) do not show their correct color in the 2D paperdoll and on the character's avatar in-game.

I have confirmed this issue and submitted a problem report into our system. I also noted that the gargish half apron was not partially hueing properly in the EC paperdoll and submitted a problem report on that as well.
