I'm still a bit new on items, but what does it do?

Does it work? I have 2 and one of them doesn't work, friend of mine also has one that doesn't work.

Wilma, it's from the 20th anniversary event, it puts titan slayer property on your weapon/spellbook.

yes htey work you need to place them correctly...sometime i use a ladder to place some part correctly

I know how to put them together, been doing it for years. Like I said one works and one doesn't.

I have moved the one that works MANY times....the one that doesn't gives the message the obelisk is not complete.

@Larisa i know you have forgotten more about uo then ill ever know. I was having that problem. Did you try and move the green crystal down? For some reason mine was not touching and when i moved it down it worked. Sorry didnt meant to derail thread.

lol no worries. I have tried everything, even had someone else set it up. Posted about it months ago and no one seems to have an answer

Seriously...that doesn't matter...you don't even need the base to make it work.

The green tip bounces when it's working, mine doesn't bounce.
