I also don’t understand what build fits this. Can someone explain? Is it good for some kind of PvP melee mage?

I never keep anything under legendary so I’m certain I’ve thrown stuff like this away. Or is it possible that this type of stuff no longer drops?

that fell through its really good for a sampire or dexxer the 8+ stam 8+ lmc 10 mi 4 mana regen is very coveted and it is hide so you get the lmc bonus needed for a 55 lmc suit hope this helps have a merry christmas
