You'll find in the entrance of the fleet home, a shared Chest for guild members. In it are some supplies you may need:
Bandanges, Clothing dyed with Fleet colors, Recall Runes for fleet home, spare dry docked ships, etc... Oh - and of course spare fish (cooked and uncooked).
Feel free to take what you need when it's needed, but also make an effort to restock it as well...
