[Fishing] Fisherman's Swap Meet on Atlantic

The City of Vesper will be hosting a swap for any fish, bait, or fishing gear you might have extras of to trade for supplies you need. This will be turning into a regular thing, and be discussed.

1/12/16 @ 9 PM EST Vesper Bank, Trammel/Atlantic.
