I remember reading that this female wrestler training method would get nerfed. Has anything happened?

Or can I still go to tram jhelom and take like 20 female wrestlers on me and train my parrying really fast?

I've been seeing quite a few reports here that people are having trouble getting gains there. You're better off with the sheep pens.

just make sure to stay in peace mode and have a weapon in your hand that you have zero skill with (don't go unarmed)

It's more like

Female wrestlers = parrying

I ceased to gain from female wrestlers using a 2handed weapon in a skill I didn't have after 25ish. Once I equipped a shield I started to gain... and no, I didn't have bushido either.

Haven't tried the sheep method.
