Recent queries in UHall about where to get UOAM spawned 3 locations in response.
In the FAQ, the UOAM post has been updated as of today with those links. All the standard caveats for AV checks, etc apply as do all the UOAM server precautions in the post.
However, if you want the utility, these are the places to get it at present.
