Faction timer

[Experimental]

I'm confused. I didn't start playing factions until the timer was changed to 4 hours holding and 6 hours on the monolith.
I see it's changed know but can't find what it is.
Anyone wanna help me?

Sigils need to sit in base for 10 hours to corrupt, then once placed you own towns for 72 hours.
