Was out mining and got the following...

[Faction Message]: I see you and I know what your doing...im always watching

First time I ever saw this one. Event related maybe?

Faction commanders can send out messages to all faction members 4 times an hour. I was doing that a couple weeks ago, freaking out some guild members who were new to faction.
