Question in regards to the factin items and leaving a faction....

So I am in TB currently with a couple of my characters, they both of faction arties.. If I leave TB and go to another faction or my guild disbands will I lose my faction arties? or do I keep them and then they become usable once I get back in factions again?

You still keep them. They wont be equipable till you have enough rank to use them in the new faction.
