I tried to read up on bows. Does an exceptional made bow get 40% damage increase? w/ arms lore 100.0

Blacksmith weapons do right, with armslore /exceptional weapon?

Yes, basically any weapon made exceptional by a crafter with GM armslore will get the 40% damage.
