(Question) Exceptional bags of flour

Hi, need a bit of help please...
I`m doing the cooking bods and they are asking for exceptional bags of flour
I`m gathering the wheat and putting them through the flour mill
They are giving me bags of flour but not exceptional?
there are 2 kind of bags coming from the mill facing different ways when i try to combine it one says it must be exceptional the other says this item is not on the list??
Is there a bug with these exceptional bags of flour as ive been trying all week and nothing

Are you putting the wheat in the mill, as we used to long ago, or are you using the cooking menu?

Stand by the mill, double click your cooking implement and select 'sack of flour' from the 'ingredients' part of the menu
