Event Coordinates

So I wasn't able to make it to the event on the 25th, but I see that there is a soulstone near the Luna Bank with coordinates on it. I went to the coordinates in Tram, T2A, and Ilshenar, but found nothing. Can someone give me a hint? :)

The "coils" that were there were killed after the EM event last Saturday.
