Shortly before midnight on November 3rd, a hardware malfunction occurred in one of our data storage units. This caused issues with Tranquility, our websites, and our test servers and we were forced to take all services offline to prevent further trouble.
TQ was taken offline at 1:05 AM on November 4, and is still offline while our websites are back online. We'd like to make it clear that all data is secure.
We aim to bring TQ back online as soon as possible, and invite you to follow this forum thread for updates.
