We wanted to take a few moments to explain exactly how the Government works. From OOC Leaders to IC Leader.
Ethereal Guide - We use the Guide character to bridge the gap between the OOC leadership and the Ingame Imperium. The Guide character is responsible for appointing leadership positions and has the ability to issue orders to the In-Game Leaders (Intendant, Commander, Portreeve and so on)
The Voices - Whenever the guide listens to the voices, he is listening to the Imperium OOC Leadership (Wildstar, Bam Bam, Kire and Gareth) along with your OOC voice. Whenever you suggest someone for a position your voice is factored in.
In-Game Leaders - These people are in charge of each Imperium town. Together these three positions create the Imperium Triumvirate, that governs the entire Ethereal Void Imperium. (Click here for position details)
Intendant - The City of Kijustsu Anei Village
Commander - Moria Village
Portreeve - Kijustsu Anei Keys
Ethereal Void Imperium (EVI) Fleet - The Fleet is under the command of the Portreeve but the Intendant and Commander have the ability to temporarily dispatch four fleet ships to anywhere of their choosing.
