I was trying to find a fishing spot for the legendary Spring Dragonfish . the description for that fish says
" Before one was caught by Mistress Kegwood in Ilshenar, these were unknown. It hangs in the secret hall o' the Order of the Dragonfish "
so I thought maybe there would be water to fish in down there. I havent be then since event and haven't tried getting in the other areas down there.

I'm not sure where 'Mistress Kegwood' hung her trophy, but to fish for one you'll need to try the lake I think
