Error when i try to run UOSA 105

I get a error message UOSA 105.exe is not a valid win32 application. I think something is wrong with the download it only takes 10 seconds and im on dial up.

You'll usually get that error when you try to execute a corrupt file. It probably a download that did not finish or your internet connection disconnected in the middle of the download.
