Hello english-speaking devs.
We did not wait for a solution to our problem and fix it yourself.
This program not use and change internal game addresses or something that. This fix work only with user system.
How it works? Program intercepts keystrokes. If we introduce the Cyrillic letter, the program does not give her pass on. Instead, to the game window sent the same letter. And that's works! If you have a questions about program/sources - send pm.
