[Alchemy] Enhance potions vs LRC

For alchemy does LRC make any difference? Should I be aiming for a 100% LRC? or should I be looking for enhance potion jewerley.
Does either make a difference in the amount of regs you consume?

LRC and EP has no effect on alchemy.
EP only increase the effect of the potion for who drink it and not for the alchemist

You should be going for a talisman with Alchemy Bonus.

Don't worry about Exceptional Bonus on the talisman, because that makes no difference anyways.

Seems to be an ep cap I wasn't aware of. Had 2 nice jewels imbued - 50 ep and 15 ep.

My character info shows 50 ep.
