UOGuide said the EP cap is 50%. Is that just talking about on Jewels...it also says you get a 30% EP increase with GM alchemy...

So would the final cap be 80% or is it just the 50%?

Thanks

The cap is 50% plus 30%.

You can't really call it 80% because they stand independent of each other, then stack; I.E. if you don't have alchemy, you are still limited to 50% from equipment.

The total maximum result is 80%, but you can't get more than 30% from skill and 50% from equipment.

Ok, so 30 is from skill, 50 from items, giving you a total of 80 EP.

I went on test to try it out with an ecru ring, EP talisman + GM alchy.

Testing on gamans w/out alchy or ring purples were doing low 20's. With ring on the average moved up to high 20s, low 30s, with gm alchy + tali I was exploding gamans for up to 60+ per pot.

So 50% is the highest you can get from items. That's what I needed to know =)

Thanks

Oh.. weak. :(

I have an Alchemist's Bauble (+30 enhance potion) and an Ecru Citrine Ring (+50 enhance potion) and they won't combine? I had thought they would. Ah well. I guess that frees up my wrist slot.
