Enhance, don't enhance?

My dexxer occasionally uses this shield that I found on a vendor. I have been toying with the idea of enhancing it. I would use forged metal of artifacts to enhance this with if I chose to. The stats are:

Wooden Shield
Mana Regen 3
Reflect Physical Damage 15%
Hit Chance Increase 4%
Defense Chance Increase 15%
Swing Speed Increase 10%
Energy Resist 1%

The only 2 choices I see are: [1] Bloodwood - 3 fire, 40 luck., 2 HPR. [2] Heartwood is a random crap shoot with a couple of decent chances for Str, Dex, RFD. But the chances are about equal it will roll spell channeling - which would be the worst choice ( -1 faster casting).

So, bloodwood, heartwood, leave it alone?

IMO...I'd leave it alone. The only real benefit would be to go for 2HPR (since heartwood could make it -1fc and wouldn't benefit u). If u really need the extra HPR then bloodwood but the math may not work out to waste a charge on a shield u sometimes use for meager regen points.

If you break it down to what you really need from this shield, it proberly boils down to.
15 DCI,10 SSI
The rest is proberly just nice to have mods, but not really needed.
i would wait for a better one, and enhance that.
