has anyone tried to create one from a begged water pitcher? if so (and successful) do you receive a normal endless decanter or is there a distinction of some sort?

When I used the begged water pitcher on a water elemental, a normal endless decanter appeared in my pack.

A side note...

Before the "endless" were in effect, I had an ordinary pitcher with maybe 100 uses. It turned into a defacto "endless". I've grown hundreds of plants and tended 2 fish tanks. Still hasn't run out!
