His eminence King Blackthorn himself is calling all the governors of Britannia for the 15th meeting.
He would like to point out that some election will be going on at this meeting to fill Minoc and Vesper seat. The King would request the presence of as many governors as possible!
Also for this meeting the new Guard Reform will be explained in detail and discuss with governors.
