Dude with a castle that was idoc

Last night i saw a castle in a OSI IDOC state, did the guy who owned it get to place? ANyone know what happened?

One of Oceania's regular IDOCers placed a castle on the spot. I did use tracking and didn't see the original owner anywhere nearby, though he may have had high level stealthing.

Oh alright - Very sad if he lost it. If the placed DRUID is around can he contact me.
