The area to the east of the orange line in this pic is the area encompassed by the following list.
Coordinates are the X,Y system. Spots listed are one step south of the house sign, since one can't actually stand underneath it. I used UOCartographer to get the X,y Coordinates, so it's only as accurate as that program.
Note that there are many of these small towers in the area that are owned by player accounts, that appear to have been part of the original promotion (including one person bragging that they didn't have to pay for their house, by the Bog of Desolation), that may be ones of closed accounts that have not fallen despite house non-payment. After all, it's unlikely that 8 years later, with the opening of Malas, Tokuno and Ter Mur, that they wouldn't have moved up to a bigger house somewhere...
Also note that, so far, the terrain that has these houses on it are the basic "Green Grass" flat areas. None have been found as yet on swamp, ice, or forest floor (the yellowish-green areas, in the "forest" areas) tiles, but are located on fully "green" patches (there MAY be some on sand, but all small towers found on sand so far have player names as owners). This tends to limit the locations to bordering roads, bordering mountains, bordering the seashore or rivers, or in "clearings" within the larger woods areas. However, the other tile types may be checked for other "housing errors", such as houses that should have fallen, that haven't (I've not made a major attempt to canvass those - but I do include ones I stumble across in the process.
Vesper/Cove Area (south of the Mountains of Avarice)
Defined as:
1. A line from 2250,910 progressing ENE to the mountainside at 2332.
2. Continuing from the other side of the mountain at 2550,831 North to the east shore of the bay
3. Following the bay to the south outskirts of Minoc, around to the river shore.
4. The region around the Minoc Moongate, south of the river, to the shores of the sea.
5. The area directly north of the mountains currently has no dsfasfa houses, though there are some small towers in that area that MAY have been part of the program, but were among the few given out.
