I don't know about these things, but it appears that it is a vet reward token that has not been made yet into the shield. If you dropped one by mistake, pm me.

Ah I looked it up, its a token (not deed)so it is not the shield itself, but is bound to whomever dropped it. It was dropped at WBB Trammel. Let me know if you lost yours there.
