Dragon Breath

so, is it based on your pets hp or the targets hp? The formula on uoguide is
Causes the creature to deliver devastating fire damage based on its hit points.
Casting creature remaining Hit Point / 5 - Targets Fire Resist = Dragon Breath Damage (capped at 200).

Which is saying your pets hp. This didn't make a lot of sense to me though. Does this mean that the more hp your pet has, the more damage dragon breath will do?

That's correct. It works just like how a GD, or any existing creature that has dragon breath, works. Higher HPs = more damaging dragon breath. Obviously you would also need to take into account a target's fire resist as well.

Set Mana and Stam where you want them before maxxing HP. Then str will eat up your points.
